The ultimate recycling project. This home sat in Eltham for 60 odd years before being picked up and relocated to Barwon Heads. Originally a brick home with ceramic roof tiles constructed in the 1940’s, re-development of the home site in Eltham meant that the home was slated for demolition. Instead the home was cut in to four pieces and transported to it’s new site on the Bellarine Peninsula. A second storey extension and loving restoration have transformed this once doomed house into an iconic Barwon Heads home.
